This site is information, not an offer

Everything published here describes what we build and how we operate it. None of it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract. A deployment is scoped, quoted and signed; until that happens, no page on this site commits either of us to anything.

The figures on this site

This site publishes more numbers than most, so it is worth being exact about what each kind is:

• Cloud rates are list prices read from the vendor’s own published pricing on a date this site states. They are the vendor’s numbers, not ours, and they change without telling us. They are not a quotation from anyone.
• Measured figures — join time, buffer ratio, startup errors, average bitrate — come from player telemetry on a live service, over the window named beside them. They describe what that service did in that window. They are not a forecast of what yours will do.
• Capability statuses on the spec sheet describe the platform on the date shown, including the parts with no code behind them. They are a snapshot, not a roadmap commitment.

Deliberately absent: there is no availability percentage anywhere on this site, because publishing one would be a contractual promise with nothing measured behind it. Service levels belong in a signed agreement, where they can be enforced.

Sending us an enquiry

Use the form, WhatsApp or email for genuine business enquiries. Do not use them to send unsolicited marketing, anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to disclose — including material covered by someone else’s confidentiality obligations.

What you send is treated as described in the privacy policy. An enquiry is not confidential simply because it was sent; if you need it to be, say so and we will put something in place before you send the detail.

What belongs to whom

The writing, diagrams, page designs and code of this site belong to PLAYBOOX. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and send links to your colleagues — that is what it is for. You may not republish it as your own, or reproduce it wholesale in a competing document.

The moving footage inside the interface illustrations is not ours and is licensed under Creative Commons; it is credited on the credits page. Third-party names and marks that appear here belong to their owners and are used to say what a thing is, not to imply an endorsement.

Sites we link to

Links to other organisations are provided because they are useful. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for what they say or do, and a link is not an endorsement.

Availability of this site

We aim to keep this site up and correct, and we do not promise either. Pages change, figures are re-read, and the site may be unavailable while that happens. Nothing here is a service level for the site itself.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PLAYBOOX is not liable for loss arising from decisions taken on the strength of material published here. Evaluate it, test it, and put the parts you intend to rely on into the agreement that governs your deployment.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you engage us, the agreement signed for that engagement says what governs it, and that agreement prevails over this page.

Changes

These terms may change. The review date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies.
