Every capability, with a status on every row
All 60 of them: 20 shipping, 12 shipping but narrower than the name suggests, 5 designed and not built, and 23 with no code at all. This is the page to send to the person who will actually have to run the service.
Vendor feature lists are written to survive a skim. This one is generated from the same internal ledger every sentence on this site is written from, which means a capability cannot appear here without a status and a status cannot be softened on the way to the page. Where a row says it ships but is narrower than it sounds, the third column says exactly how — because a capability that is technically present and practically unusable is the one that costs a launch date.
Nothing here is a roadmap. A row saying not built is a statement about the repository, not a promise about a quarter. Most of them are buildable inside an engagement, and that is what an engagement is. What will not happen is a row moving to shipping before the code does.
Filter it, search it, or print it — the print view drops the controls and expands every module again. Commercial capabilities, support terms and pricing are not on this page: they are on pricing and monetization, because they are commitments rather than code.
Monetization
| Capability | Status | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription plans (SVOD) | Shipping | — |
| Prices held in BDT natively | Shipping | — |
| Free trials | Shipping | — |
| Coupons and redemption | Shipping | — |
| SSLCommerz payments | Shippingconnected at onboarding | — |
| bKash / Nagad | Narrowerconnected at onboarding | Reached through SSLCommerz aggregation. There is no direct integration with either. |
| Cards | Narrower | Reached through SSLCommerz aggregation, not an acquirer relationship held here. |
| Stripe or any non-BD gateway | Not built | No code for this today. |
| Pay-per-view / TVOD / rentals | Narrower | The path is complete and settlement is verified; the table it writes to is created by no migration, so it is commissioned during deployment. |
| Advertising — client-side pre-roll | Narrowerconnected at onboarding | One platform-wide VAST tag, pre-roll only, executed client-side by the player. |
| SSAI, mid-roll, VMAP, cue points, frequency cap, waterfall | Not built | Cue points are the first prerequisite; every other item on this row reads from them. |
| Ad reporting inside the console | Not builtby decision, not omission | The ad server's own figures are the ones that pay you. A second set kept here would drift from them. |
| Carrier / telco billing, operator bundles, zero-rating, MSISDN sign-in | Not built | Absent from every service. Scoped as engagement work with the operator's own billing platform. |
| MRR | Narrower | Monthly recurring revenue and a monthly series are real. Movement between states is not recorded. |
| Churn rate, LTV, cohort retention, MRR waterfall | Not built | No subscription state-transition history is recorded, so nothing distinguishes a cancellation today from one in March. |
| Trial-to-paid funnel | Narrower | A snapshot ratio of trialing against paid. Nobody is followed from trial to decision over time. |
| Per-plan concurrent stream limits | Designed | One service-wide device limit, identical on every plan, and a slot is a registered device rather than a playing stream. |
Content, live and apps
| Capability | Status | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| CMS — ingest, metadata, catalogue | Shipping | — |
| Live channels — pull origin or relay publisher | Narrower | A channel takes a pull origin or a relay publisher. Create, delete and logo only. |
| EPG | Narrower | The guide can be listed and created. There is no update and no delete. |
| XMLTV import | Not built | No code for this today. |
| Channel start/stop, restart, cut-to-slate | Not built | No code for this today. |
| Live failover / failback | Not built | No code for this today. |
| Catch-up, DVR, start-over | Not built | No code for this today. |
| SRT ingest | Not built | No code for this today. |
| Blackouts | Not built | No code for this today. |
| Web player | Shipping | — |
| Android phone + tablet | Shipping | — |
| Android TV | Shipping | — |
| iOS / iPadOS | Designed | The application exists and is not installable from a store. |
| Samsung Tizen | Designed | The application exists and is not listed in the store. |
| Roku, Fire TV, LG webOS, Apple TV | Not built | No application exists for any of the four. Each is its own SDK and its own store review, not a build target. |
| Apps ship under the client's own developer account and branding | Shipping | — |
| Parental controls, ratings, Kids mode, PIN | Not built | No rating on a title, no age on a profile and no gate in the API. |
| Push and in-app campaigns | Not built | No code for this today. |
| Feature flags | Not built | No code for this today. |
Delivery, security and operations
| Capability | Status | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Owned delivery edge, in-country | Shipping | — |
| Live and VOD served from separate edges | Shipping | — |
| GPU encoding | Shipping | — |
| MinIO S3-compatible origin | Shipping | — |
| AES-128 per-title encryption + per-request media token | Shipping | — |
| Per-segment authorisation on live | Shipping | — |
| Per-segment authorisation on VOD | Shipping | — |
| Geo / bot / IP filtering at the live edge | Designed | Live media is token-gated per request; what is not enforced at the live edge is the geographic, bot and IP-allow layer on top of it. |
| Licensed DRM — Widevine, PlayReady, FairPlay | Not built | No licence server exists. It is the prerequisite for multi-DRM, hardware output protection and encrypted downloads alike. |
| Encrypted downloads / offline licences | Not built | Depends on the licence server above. Downloads are therefore not offered at all rather than offered unprotected. |
| Geo-blocking enforcement | Designed | Both edges resolve the viewer's country and write it to the log. There is no deny map, so nothing is blocked by it yet. |
| Secrets in OpenBao | Narrower | The vault runs. Some services still read a secrets file, with the vault as the migration target. |
| Terraform / GitOps for the whole estate — 100% of deployments, no manual console step | Shipping | — |
| Per-session playback telemetry | Narrower | Events land per session with played milliseconds, app version, CDN and connection type. There is no read path from the admin console yet. |
| Telemetry by country / region / ISP | Not built | No code for this today. |
| CDN cache-hit ratio and egress figures | Not built | No byte counters exist on the edge yet, so any figure shown would be a seeded one. |
| Watch time, completion rate, drop-off | Not built | Plays are recorded without a duration, so completion cannot be derived from what exists. |
| Concurrency curve | Not built | No code for this today. |
| Search | Narrower | A real search index. Reindexing does not remove orphaned documents, and viewer searches are not logged. |
| Audit log | Narrower | Actor, action, target and free text. No before-and-after diff, and two operational triggers write no entry. |
| Impersonation / view-as-subscriber | Not built | No code for this today. |
| Maintenance mode, force-update, cache pre-warm | Not built | No code for this today. |
| Terraform, pipeline config and runbooks delivered | Shipping | — |
| Card data never touches the platform | Shipping | — |
